The origin of the Kaaba:
Sailing through the history of Arabian Peninsula shows clearly how the Ka’ba in Makkah and other Ka'aba in the Arabian Peninsula originated. You might think the Ka’aba in Makkah it’s the only one? No, the Ka’aba in Makkah that all Muslims pray towards and go for pilgrimage to is the lucky number one if you may.
After the transfer of the Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Al-Madina, he strengthened and grew up his gang, and then he was able to eliminate any other Ka’aba to be Mecca’s Kaaba is the only one, and this is a kind of patriotism and the human affiliation of Muhammad to the place of birth.

People come to the Ka’aba from various locations to perform pilgrimage and buying gifts for their loved ones, thinking that everything from this place is blessed by gods. The researchers say that the Arabian Peninsula before the advent of Islam was a group of tribes that are not governed by any authority except the tribal tradition, which differs in turn, from one tribe to another. And with the multiplicity of tribes, many heroes arose, those who converted after their death to holy ancestors and their grandchildren gave them statues and mihrabs to seek their help, whenever they suffered a calamity, and for those righteous ancestors, the houses of worship were established and ways of approaching the gods or ancestors began. And then the number of gods and heroes multiplied, as a result, the houses of worship such as the Ka’aba multiplied as well. Before the advent of Islam, the Arabian Peninsula was living in a nomadic environment and a tribal system. This era was called the era of ‘Jahiliyah’ or the era of ignorance by Islam, where they considered Polytheism to be ignorant because Islam was not among them. It’s a strange base that has no logic. For instance, Before Islam, they had nobility, generosity, lowering the gaze, equestrianism, poetizing, commitment to sacred months, acceptance of others, and lack of religious fanaticism. And there were Jews living among the Arabs as Arabs and they were proud that they have a number of prophets and sacred books heaven sent. In addition to a small number of Christians and many other religions such as Sabaeans, Zoroastrianism, and others.

But, why the name Logos?
Way back, Aristotle used three terms to explain how rhetoric works.
Aristotle's "modes for persuasion" - otherwise known as rhetorical appeals - are known by the names of ethos, pathos, and logos. They are means of persuading others to believe a particular point of view. They are often used in speech writing and advertising to sway the audience.
Logos in particular is an (appeal to logic) or, is a way of persuading an audience with reason, using facts and figures.
