Awakening of the soul

This podcast really awakens in me the curiosity to search for more, to experience more and to know myself better. My life was a collection of events and environments which I viewed as separate moments or separate sections. Through this podcast I have learnt how to root everything into my inner core and find meaning in all the chaos. I moved on to follow Jay’s meditation sessions and although I was greatly skeptical about it, as I grew in a strict religious Roman Catholic background, meditation actually helps me to pray better and feel closer to God my creator. Thank you Jay for awakening my soul.
