- Religion & Spirituality
We want to open conversations about the grey areas of Christianity. As former pastors and leaders at evangelical churches for the last decade, we have decided to take a break from full-time ministry to finally open the doors to unconventional religious thinking, political religiosity, homophobia, religious trauma, depression, equality, and the contradictory parts of modern Christianity. We've seen the confusing and distracting parts of our religion and we're searching for answers.

What you can and can't do as a Christian
Kristi Benfield left the Holiness movement when she was in her twenties. The strict religious practices her church taught, had created a life constantly pressured to "do" for Jesus, and not "be." Her upbringing caused her to question man's motives and find a new way of living life free from the stress of looking and acting like "Christians" should.
