    "Spoken Words From The Heart"

    "Spoken Words From The Heart"

Today's episode is entitled "Spoken Word From the Heart."   I decided that I wanted to do and share something extraordinary with my loyal guest and my newcomers by celebrating all of you for your encouragement, support, and love.   Today I will be taking you on a spoken word journey from the heart, so I ask that you imagine yourself in a dim lite lounge somewhere down in the east village or the beautiful social clubs in today's H-town Harlem USA,  surrounding by friends, family, and beautiful people.  I ask that you grab something to eat and drink, put your feet up, put those earphones or earpods on, turn off those ringers on your cellphones and get ready for the ride.  I will be reciting some of my favorite poems and essays from my new poetry book, entitled "Finally Free," that will be coming out soon in this exclusive spoken word edition.  So stay tuned, you will be inspired.  I hope you enjoy it. "I’m Still Standing"

    "I’m Still Standing"

Do you know someone who has experienced drug addiction, domestic violence, or was diagnosed with two potentially fatal diseases (breast and cordoma cancer)?  Well, this amazing woman has experienced all four, and is still here to tell her story.   I selected the title “I’m Still Standing” for today’s episode because after all that she has endured in life, she is doing just that, she is still standing!  She is a strong and resilient woman who has been adamant about not allowing life’s adversities to hold her down from what God has planned for her life. She falls and she rises, and through all of her hardships, struggles, and pain, she is still standing tall doing fantastic and awe-inspiring things.  Tune in, you don’t want to miss her story.

    The Renaissance Woman

    The Renaissance Woman

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the title Renaissance Woman as “A woman who is interested in and knows a lot about many things. I choose the title “The Renaissance Woman” for today’s episode because I will be sharing an intimate conversation with a woman who is indeed a true and accurate personification of the 21st century Renaissance Woman.  She is a wife, mother, singer, songwriter and business owner.  Today she will be sharing her inspiration, motivation and the strength that has carried her through the struggles and fears to overcoming obstacles and arriving at her destiny.
