Trust; such a simple word with so much meaning & purpose behind it. Trust is essential, yet unfortunately most of us don’t trust anyone. That includes trusting ourselves! Which is the most important person to trust! This episode goes into how carrying 465lbs of Trauma impacted my ability to Trust & where some of those trauma’s were blocks holding me back.
