Today we talk about the extraordinary sentencing of David McBride to over 5 years in prison for the act of telling the truth about what our military gets up to. I speak to legal academic Binoy Kampmark about the trial. We also get an update from the other trial of an Australian for telling the truth - we hear from John Shipton about his son Julian Assange's win in court this week allowing him to appeal his extradition to the United States.
