Lalit Mehta is the Co-founder & CEO at Decimal Technologies. Lalit has been in the industry for over a decade. He founded Decimal Technologies in 2009. This is the time when digitization in the BFSI sector was still in its nascent stages. And, people weren’t aware of the significant growth it will witness. Lalit and his team at Decimal were one of the early adopters of technology in the sector. And, were integral in helping institutions through their own journeys of becoming early digital adopters too. Lalit has built a path for Decimal where it can keep reinventing every few years and stay ahead of the curve. Decimal continues to innovate to make banking operations smoother and, in turn, customer experiences better. This is evident in their mantra of #DigitisingBFSI which became even more pertinent during the pandemic. As Decimal was at the forefront of meeting the rapid demands of digitization in the BFSI sector. They closed deals with financial institutions they’d been negotiating with for years, within months once the first lockdown hit.

Supriti Chauhan is the Principal at Delhi Public School, Gautam Buddh Nagar. Her passion and enthusiasm for education leads to an innovative and dynamic approach towards teaching-learning process and professional development trainings. She strives to ensure that the learning content is contextual with the training goals; they are current and relevant to the specific needs of the participants. During an interaction with TheTechPod - "Teachers had to burn mid night oil to come to students level in technology," says Supriti Chauhan.

With her hands-on experience in this field, she designs and facilitates Teacher Training modules. Which simulate classroom scenarios and challenge the participants to think about, practice and learn 21st century teaching-learning skills. Also, she incorporates her 22 years of varied teaching experience, qualification, and innovative skills as a Facilitator to conduct training sessions across the country as British Council Consultant and IPN Master Trainer. It maximizes self- learning- ensuring a productive output/takeaway.

Ashish Goel is the Chief Technology Officer at Ziploan. He leads the digital initiatives of the organization. And, works on strengthening the product for a better customer reach and experience. Before joining ZipLoan, Ashish was Co-Founder and CTO at Milkbasket. He had built its Technology and Product team right from the scratch. And, scaled it to meet the growing business demands and bring it to the current level, according to a statement. Before co-founding Milkbaket, he spent close to 15 years in technology, working for BFSI companies. Also, had also co-founded a real-estate start-up Ursqft.

Yashwant Lodha is the Cofounder & Director at PayNearby. He is an engineering graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology and an MBA from NMIMS. With proven strengths in product & project management, strategic analysis, and problem-solving, Yashwant leads the enterprise business, marketing, finance, business alliances, products, technologies, and human resource at PayNearby. During an interaction with TheTechPod - "Organizations which cannot define the audiences find it tough to live," says Yashwant Lodha.

Previously, Yashwant worked at YES Bank as senior product manager for digital payments and mobility. There he was the product manager for Unified Payment Interface (UPI), IMPS switch and Domestic Remittance platform, doing a throughput of more than $500 million a year. Earlier, he handled strategy and analytics at Tally Solutions.

Nishant Agarwal is the Founder at Proctur. Nishant holds an International MBA degree from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain) and a B.E in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (New Delhi, India). His core expertise lies in handling Management, Business Strategy, Product Management, Innovation, Digital Marketing, and Analytics. During an interaction with TheTechPod - "Tier 3 towns are as aspirational as the metro towns in tech adaption," says Nishant Agarwal.

Nishant is a product enthusiast and has more than 16 years of cross-functional experience. Leading various technology brands in Asia and Europe. His earlier stints include working with Citibank Japan, Fidelity International (Gurgaon, India), and Infosys Technologies (Bangalore, India). He is a serial entrepreneur and has been involved with the founding of various startups.

Mr. Chandrabhanu Pattajoshi is the founder of Goseeko. He is a business strategist - turned entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience across various high profile roles. Also, he founded Glossaread Technologies Pvt Ltd. in 2018 which now owns the brand Goseeko. Bhanu, as he is fondly known as, started the EdTech platform with the purpose of making Higher Education accessible, convenient and affordable for students, especially across students of Tier 2/3 colleges and beyond. During an interaction with TheTechPod - "We make higher education affordable with the use of technology," says Chandrabhanu Pattajoshi.
