Three minute guided meditation
A three minute guided meditation :)
Note: I'm learning and exploring meditation myself, so this is but one way in which one could explore meditation, there are many ways one can meditate (Podcast one talks about that) :), and this way of meditating may not be for everyone, so I encourage you to, continue learning and reading about different ideas and techniques and find one, or several that sit well with you :)
P.S: I'm enrolled in a Teacher Training Course to become a meditation teacher - So I will also be sharing my journey with you through my podcasts :) -
Episode Three - This too shall pass
A spontaneous general rambling (from yours truly) on the impermanence of life.
Present Moment Awareness
Being in the present moment
What does that entail
Being aware of ones surroundings
Instead of checking ones emails
At night I toss and turn, anticipating tomorrow’s events,
then I remind myself, that’s just your ego talking, these thoughts are but not meant.
Plus, the events of tomorrow are not here with me now,
why torture myself with anticipating an expected outcome and of who, what, where, why and how.
Don’t make the thought wrong though, or it will continue to stay,
treat it like a visitor and say to it, good day.
(A poem by Amla)
