This episode is hosted by Bro. Paul, Cheska, Ferl and Coleen. Ate Ferl leads the opening prayer. They share on their favorite food, especially food that ease stress. Bro. Jojo narrates the gospel for Corpus Christi Sunday (found here). Bro. Paul and Cheski then explain the Gospel. They explain on the Feast of Unleavened Bread, why bread and wine, and the message of this Solemnity of Corpus Christi. 

They then chill with Maam Alda. They play "Fast Talk" Game. The hosts asks Maam Alda to choose from two food. During chilling time, our guest talks about her favorite food. Being a baker, they ask Maam Alda if it is a skill or a talent, also a question about her investments as a baker. She then explains a Family Spirituality that speaks of God among pots and pans. She then shares about her most memorable experience in her First Communion and about how she convince students that Jesus is truly present in the consecrated bread and wine in the Mass and instill love for the Eucharist. As teacher in online class, she shares how she practices "present-presence" among students. Our sharing gets deeper as Maam Alda shares her experience about hunger for God's presence in her life, and relates her relationship with Jesus to food. Lastly, she answers what food she would cook or bake for Jesus. 

Next, the hosts share their own answers to the PRACTICE OF THE WEEK : Paano ko mako-convince ang aking pamilya at kaibigan sa importance ng Sacrament of the Eucharist at pagtanggap ng Holy Communion, mapa-physical o online Mass?
