Anxiety: Do not tell me to calm down!
In this episode, we explore anxiety and what Scripture has to say. We also discuss how our words of "help" can actually cause harm to someone coping with anxiety. We will hear from my 13 year old daughter who battles anxiety on the regular. She will share some of my missteps, how we are learning together, and how we are in this together.
