What's Up, America?‪!‬ Matt Ulfig

This episode discusses the importance of the Fifth Amendment with specific emphasis on the double jeopardy clause.  Reference is made to Gamble v. United States (2018), which supports separate sovereignty among states and the federal government.  As it currently stands, the Supreme Court has ruled that a person can be tried for the same crime at both the state and federal levels.  The call to action is for the Supreme Court to reconsider this ruling.
