Each episode, kid hosts Justin and Matthew will go over the hottest topics in football. They will start with the daily headlines by going over the current news and things happening around the NFL. Then, the two hosts will dive into the "Buy or Sell" segment where they will ask and answer questions about what they believe(buy) or don't believe(sell). After that, they will continue with a segment called "Head to Head" where they will compare two players/coaches/teams/etc and say which will have the better future, season, etc. Finally, Justin and Matthew will wrap up the podcast by each making a bold prediction in the segment titled "I Tell You What" and backing it up using stats and football knowledge.
