Now continuing with that theme, we will discuss the second aspect of self awareness which is goals. Most lectures and sessions on goals focus on articulating and achieving them.     Breathing comes naturally to us. We breathe without consciously thinking about it. So how is mindfulness breathing any different? In mindfulness breathing, we breathe while consciously paying attention to our breath. By doing this we focus our attention to the present, without worrying about our past or future. If you practice mindfulness breathing everyday, you will be able to focus your attention to the "now", easily and thus be able to deal with disturbing situations or crisis situations
