In this episode of the K-Community spotlight series, I've invited non-other than one of the K Community members who's dedicated to overcoming her procrastination, weight gain and showing up for her family.

Muneerah Khan is a mother of five and she found herself feeling lost after having her third child. For many years she's been wanting to also earn some income but she struggled to balance between work and family. She joined K Community to practice self-mastery and positivity. She not only try to understand what she learnt, but she also implemented what she'd learnt through having a brand new perspective or new frame of life. What's the new frame of life that she got and how did she manage to overcome procrastination in decision making and take immediate action in fulfilling her responsibility at home? How does she finally manage to attend to family and business as well as achieve new ranks in her business? How does she manage to lose 6 kg at the beginning of this year after being stuck year after year and not achieving a single new years resolution?

One of my favourite learnings I got from this episode is that, who says that being a mom we need to have knee pain and back aches and not address them?
