Grit & Grace with Pamela Morgan Tom Barker

We're so excited to premiere the launch of Grit & Grace with none other than one of the people in Pamela's personal and professional circle, and fierce activist & member of the LGBTQ+ community, Tom Barker!

Born and raised in the industrial centre of the U.K, Tom is no stranger to the diverse workforce.

Spending his time as a professional photographer & graphic designer, Tom is creative, fun and has an infectious personality, sprinkled in with some realism.

After a successful tenure in people management, and at only 26 years old, Tom comes with a multitude of knowledge on what it means to be a diverse employer, as well as to be a diverse employee. 

Often referred to a "empowerment boss", Tom fosters a safe and open environment for real, active conversation to create a truly diverse environment.

As a current sitting member on the Country Music Alberta Awards Committee, Director on both the Okotoks Film Festival Board Of Directors & the Okotoks Pride Board, Tom prioritizes community involvement throughout his career and will continue to work with local organizations & charities to ensure diversity and inclusion across the workforce.

Tom can usually be found out on his bike through the summer, on the ski hills in the winter and most definitely locked in an escape room year round.
