Kickstarting Small Business Ralph Tommaso

Hey guys - I'm getting ready to drive to NC to see my Mom get out of rehab (had a small stroke at 80 years young!).  I'm going to be listening to the audio version of Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson.   Want to rewrite our sales scripts.  We use the Straight Line Sales Method by Jordan Belford.  To present our benefits to prospects, I use stories rather that listing...we do this, and this and this.

So when I get back in a few days, I will be tackling these stories and share  the results.  Stay safe!  Stay strong.

Today, I dealt with an irate tenant that lost his cool, where his message was lost in his delivery.  Was he right to be aggravated?  You bet ya.  Was he right in how he dealt with it.  NO.  Today, we talk about managing your state of mind.
