Kevin J. Doyle is a lecturer at DCU and has a doctorate in philosophy. After spending a decade as Editor in Chief of the Cambodia Daily, and several years with Al Jazeera, Kevin began teaching in DCU's journalism programme and has been one of my favourite lecturers. We chat about the cultural difference he felt in Cambodia, international journalism and teaching.

I talk with two of the top dogs at NUI Galway's SIN (Student Independent News), Ellen and Paddy, about Freedom of Information, Smedia Awards and just being nosy.

Jack Kennedy is the editor of Trinity News, one of TCD's student publication, as well as a freelance journalists with Silicon Republic. We talk about TN's move to disaffiliate from the Irish Times, free speech and the importance of "GUMPTION."

Cáit is a reporter from business news website The Currency. Despite not studying business for the Leaving Cert, she took a job in the very early days of The Currency which she says was "just so new and unique." We talk about funding journalism, her favourite stories and Communicorp's former ban on reporters from her company.
