September is PCOS awareness month so I wanted to make sure that I talked about PCOS my best friend Martha and I both have PCOS so we went to New York for the 2023 PCOS convention and we decided to get some recording in before the convention, after the convention and talk about our experiences with PCOS and what we expect from this convention. This episode is super cool and last minute, but it turned out to be a really good episode with lots of information I can’t wait to bring you guys more PCOS material and talk to some amazing people in the PCOS community!
