The People vs Janice Soprano (Part 2)

The People vs Janice Soprano (Part 2)

Now I am become The Sopranos Guy™, destroyer of reddit virgins.

Part 2 of The People vs Janice Soprano. I continue to psychoanalyse a wide range of opinions posted on Reddit in regards to our girl Janice Soprano, and judge whether they are fair or not, and then cast my final sentence on whether Janice is in fact guilty or innocent for her crimes and misdeeds.

The People vs Janice Soprano (Part 1)

The People vs Janice Soprano (Part 1)

It's about time somebody tackled the heavy bias against Janice Soprano, and that guy is me, The Sopranos Guy. I break down why the existence of her character is so important, I go through everything she's ever done with a fine comb, shine a light on all of her crimes and misdeeds and will judge her fairly whilst pulling apart testimonies written by virgins on the cesspit that is known as Reddit. This is episode I finally go into depth on the Harpo conspiracy. Enjoy, or don't. I don't care. Whatever. This episode is sponsored by ya mudda.

    Episode 6: The Sopranaturals

    Episode 6: The Sopranaturals

We are slowly creeping towards Halloween, so in this final episode of the series, I take a look at the supernatural, the strange, the weird and the spooky, where I tackle the big question; “Does the supernatural exist in the Sopranos?”

Join me as I become both Mulder AND Scully whilst I investigate the paranormal events that occur throughout the seasons, that is, of course, after a very long and wordy introduction involving the history behind the Uncle_June account, the world famous Uncle Junior Wojak meme and then slam a couple of bad sopranos accounts. All in a day's work.

Episode 5: The Many References of The Many Saints of Newark

Episode 5: The Many References of The Many Saints of Newark

Today you get an extra special episode, and extra long. I go into excruciating detail looking at every callback, every reference, every nuance, as many details and a bunch of cr*p that you may or may not have noticed in the prequel to The Sopranos, The Many Saints of Newark.

I'll be explaining all the important aspects of the plot that you may have overlooked, I'll be throwing in some of my own opinions whether you like it or not and NATURALLY I'll be addressing some of the conspiracies and theories that are already circulating the internet surrounding Uncle Sal and "who actually shot Dickie Moltisanti?".

I almost called this The Sh*tmuncher's guide to The Many Saints of Newark, but eventually changed my mind. I, unlike David Chase, am not afraid to insult the audience, but I do dive into the many reasons why many people hated it, but there's no hate in the Pulp Club, only love.

I realise I've already missed a couple o' three details and callback references but I tried my best to get this under 2 hours, so sue me. Sorry for ruining your day. It's done.

Episode 4: The Eggisode (Part 2)

Episode 4: The Eggisode (Part 2)

We continue with our journey through this breakdown of every egg reference in The Sopranos, the final of this two parter (make sure to listen to Ep3 or this won't make any sense).

We're covering more things deathly, the sinister, the miscellaneous and then we take a deeper, darker turn, probably for the worst into territory that no Sopranos podcast would DARE to go. It seems only I have the guts, the balls, the sheer audacity to even bring any of this up. I sent myself to the precipice of an emotional breakdown over this episode. You're welcome.

I finally get round to finishing one conspiracy theory I previous left you hanging with, I'll even be going into the true meaning of "make my nephew an egg" and an interesting fact about my damn twitter account you may never have realised before.

Episode 3: The Eggisode (Part 1)

Episode 3: The Eggisode (Part 1)

Now that we have all the boring "final episode" business out of the way, the leash is officially off and I finally get to go wild with one theme that I feel very passionate about and that is the recurring symbolism of eggs in The Sopranos. Whether you're a new or old fan, you must have noticed these easter eggs popping up in the strangest of places, but what do they mean? In this two-part deep dive, I've found every egg reference (I think?) and I've placed them into 6 categories, by their most common denomination and then take a look at how they interconnect/foreshadow recurring themes, plots, relationship dynamics etc. Whether you want to take this seriously or in jest, that up to you, but I'll be clear, eggs alone are the only reason I decided to do this podcast so you KNOW the pulp is gonna be so thick in this episode, there will barely be any juice left.
