The testimony regarding forensics and crime scene management, seemingly made the evidence obtained by the state, useless. The police used a leaf blower to recover blood in the snow, however it also revealed the lack of taillight evidence, which was later found by the state police. Send us a Text Message.The Karen Read trial begins with jury selection. The Commonwealth STILL hasn't completed discovery and has asked when testing is finished to submit the "evidence". I don't think that's how discovery works. The Commonwealth can afford a not guilty in this case, however they cannot withstand the corruption revelations that are on the horizon.
