Episode 60 - The Exorcism of Anneliese Michel Gore and Guilty

    • True Crime

Anneliese Michel grew up in a strictly religious German household in 1952. Her early life was relatively normal until she reached the age of 16. She began to experience these seizure-like episodes and her health dramatically declined. After taking copious amounts of medication, her symptoms grew worse. She would eat insects, bite heads off birds and bark like a dog for days. Annelise and her family believed she was possessed by demons and decided that exorcisms were the cure. This case has a tragic ending which has elements of paranormal and true crime.
