    Bleach

    Bleach

In the very first episode of "In The Garage" we cover Nirvana's debut album "Bleach". Released on June 15, 1989, most of the songs on the album feature lyrical themes dealing with life in Aberdeen, Washington. The album's sound is influenced by early Black Sabbath, and the music of local bands the Melvins and Mudhoney.

It remains the highest selling album in local label Sub Pop to this date.
