People around you may want you to recover, and maybe part of you wants to as well. Yet somehow, those around us can sometimes enable our eating disorders as well, even if they have the best intentions. Sometimes, making recovery more comfortable for someone who is struggling, can actually prevent certain parts of the eating disorder to be challenged. So how and why does that happen? What behavior may feel or seem good, but - in my eyes - is actually harmful, and what could you do instead? Tune in to find out, and don't be afraid to send this episode to those around you!
