Rodrigo Tobias Eyzaguirre ,

As a creator trying to become independent, this is Just what i was looking!

For many years I have been a professional illustrator, but I always had the intention of creating my OWN stories in comic format, and why not make a living by doing it. In this quest, I have read many books about business and especially the changes that the internet caused, and especially the long tail, and the 100 true fans theory made me realize that it is possible.

But in my research for actual comic book guys applying this concepts I found almost nothing, in fact, what i found is that this industry and comic book creators, in general, are very, VERY lost, and behind the times, they are just now beginning to realize what the music industry realized a decade ago.

But then I found this guys podcast and found the needle stack, I been binging like crazy these audios, I love them! They hit the nail, and this already has to give me tons of help on my search for making my passion into something more concrete.

im just in my very first steps to make of my personal work be an income source, I have years to travel until it becomes a reality, but I bet these guys will be a great beacon to guide me.

also, they are funny!
