This final class focuses on the realm of activity and will look at examples of how as individuals and groups we might engage our compassionate intentions, and the attitudes most effective for doing so for the benefit of all.

What is compassion? Can it be cultivated? And if so, how?

This class focuses mainly on understanding the essential nature of compassion and the core practices for bringing it into being. The first of a series of 3 talks.
