Nicole Williams was a stay-at-home mom who had moved across the country with her husband and 4 young children just a few years ago. In a new place with no local friends or family, she slipped into depression.
In this episode, you'll hear how Nicole lifted herself out of this dark place by carrying on a legacy passed down from her grandmother, the joy of baking. What started as a way to soothe herself turned into a thriving business that her whole family can be a part of.
Now Nicole's kids are 22, 14, 12, and 9. Nicole's home-based business, N'Credibly Sweet, LLC, specializes in chocolate-covered strawberries. She also offers an array of baked goods including cupcakes, celebration cakes, gourmet popcorn, and cake pops for all celebratory occasions and events.
She has been featured on Live with Michelle Vann-Ncredibly Sweet as well as Elevate: Food & Flavor featuring Ncredibly Sweet with Christina Long and Create Campaign.
Nicole was also recognized this week by the Kansas Department of Commerce for being named the Kansas Woman-Owned Supplier/Distributor Business of the Year.
