Why everybody should be paying attention to Birmingham?

There’s always a debate around business coaches - are they worth it? I can only say that I have benefitted from coaching, it allows you to be accountable to somebody other than yourself. 

We rarely take time out of our busy lives to think about our own individual performance and add structure where we need to. It’s really important that you find the right person, and I can say that #Gavin has probably been one of the most inspirational people in my life.
