Episode 6 - The Pros and Cons of Quarantine
In today's episode, we finally discuss a topic that we somehow haven't covered in the past, which is the current ongoing pandemic. Specifically, we wanted to compare each of the pros and cons that we found during this quarantine, and how done our best to find the positives of the situation. This whole episode is a little longer than usual because we wanted to approach more of the discussion format that we've wanted to try since the beginning, but there is still a lot that we're getting used to, in terms of sharing our ideas and opinions freely. Besides a change in our format, we also wanted to approach deeper topics that many people may not be discussing these days, just to create an environment for rich content and interesting debate. Something that could help us go down that path is receiving as much feedback from our listeners as we can get, so whether it be some constructive criticism, suggestions, and simple reviews, we would appreciate any of that greatly. In this week's episode, we will be discussing the topic of mental health, and it has impacted our personal lives. Mental health is a huge topic that we tend to overlook, and in turn that can bring up many consequences. So with the insight of our own struggles with mental health issues, we hope that you may look at your own mental health in a different way, and prioritize feelings and emotions before everything else (not in a selfish way, rather self - care).
