This latest episode features Qantas pilot turned small business owner Matt Harper, and a very honest conversation about the challenges he faced trying to find a job when the airline industry had been grounded.

What do you do when you can't work in a job you have dreamt about and worked hard to get into since you were a kid, and no-one is willing to see you working as anything else?

This is a story about transferable skills, backing yourself and falling back on those traits of determination that got Matt to the pinnacle of his career in the first place.
