Current statistics indicate that 30% of searches on Google a for local businesses.  And of those local searches, user used the term “near me” 82% of the time in their search query. 

The most important thing you can do for your business is to claim and update your Google My Business Listing.

After claiming the listing you can update listing info like business description, add pictures and video of your business, view analytics data and respond to reviews among many others.  This free listing is key to helping you get more customers in your locale area and market.
