Our third season features short stories by our work-from-interns from the Ateneo de Manila University, inspired by paintings from the Vargas Museum Permanent Art Collection currently on view at our Main Gallery. For our final episode this season, we feature Oscar Zalameda's painting titled “After the Rain,” with a short story written by Thomas Alexis Pajarillaga and voice over by John Maverick Alviar.

UP Vargas Museum’s podcast, Vargas on Air, is now on its second season!
Our second season features paintings from our third floor memorabilia exhibition, "Jorge B. Vargas: A Collecting Life." For the fifth episode of our second season, we feature Dominador Castañeda's 1947 painting titled “Japanese Patrol,” with an essay written by WFH intern Bea Angeles. Janela Mendoza lends her voice for this week's episode.
