There is a widely popular theory that it will take 21 days to form a new habit. But how about in a shorter period? is it possible to develop a new habit in 14 days??
Every two weeks, we will share our journey of starting out a new routine and challenge. On day 0 we will give you an overview of our plan for the next 2 weeks and at the end, on day 14 we will share our experience with you. Make sure you never miss the show by subscribing to this podcast.

Mindful Freediving
For the next two weeks, we will do a routine of “mindful freediving”. While it is definitely useful for yoga and meditation, mindfulness also has a place in freediving. Mindfulness encompasses awareness, relaxation, and acceptance, all of which are essential parts of freediving. Feel free to reach out to us on Instagram @14daysofrandomroutine

Postcard
For the next 2 weeks I will write and send one postcard per day. Writing a letter or postcard by hand give such personal and special feelings. I remember whenever I travel I love to send some postcard to my friends back home as a simple souvenir and preserving good memories. I will also do some literature study about this and share it with you on Part 2. Feel free to reach out to us on Instagram @14daysofrandomroutine

The Science of Well Being
Part 1 - For the next 14 days, I will pick up a routine of doing an online course, The Science of Well Being by Professor Laurie Santos from Yale University. The goal of this course is to improve your own well-being by implementing a few simple research findings to your life. The original duration of this course is 10-weeks but we will try to squeeze into our timeline and let’s see along the way. I will take the happiness survey before and after the course, and I’ll share it in two weeks on part 2.
