I have not been online for a week or two. I had an accident, smashed my shoulder in a fall and was in significant pain. This together with being bombarded with news of bizarre, surreal, extraordinary and hugely worrying events across the globe brought me down not just physically but emotionally, as well.

As this week started and I began to feel much better and I realized that it was time, to give myself a good talking to, draw on the wisdom, I've garnered over the years and take the self care steps needed to get back on track personally.

We all know that strength in health and spirit carries over into strength in business and we owe it to ourselves and our communities to regenerate and come back stronger than ever after a fall. Well, as things stand, I'm glad to say I'm back and once more on my way!

In this video, I'm sharing some simple self-care tips I've picked up over the years that I hope will work, to reinvigorate you, too, if the current social climate resulting from world events has brought you down, too.
