We're thrilled that Nicole Bremner, Property Developer, Investor and Founder is hosting our next Drastic Talks episode. Currently a Director at East Eight in London, Nicole is joined by Ben Lerner who is Managing Director at Lerner Associates and has ~20 years in real estate technology, aka PropTech.  

There is so much knowledge and expertise packed into this episode! With a focus on PropTech, they talk about the origins of the word (which is really just software for real estate) and the wide range of what it covers, how much everything revolves around data mining and interpretation and presentation, ESG, and so much more. Nicole isn't afraid to ask the hard questions, too like if companies were overdone in their evaluation - are they really worth that much?
