Cervical cancer awareness with Meg
Cervical cancer awareness month was in January. Better late than never! Meg and I talk cervices (calling them cervixes...oops!), what they do, and why it’s important to take care of them. We also share some of the scare-infused confusion we’ve had about our sexual and reproductive health so that we can help normalize weird stuff that happens up in there, and so maybe you feel less alone. We’re breaking taboo, baby! P.s. We talk about HPV as a common occurrence, but note that we do know the gravity of the serious strains, which is one more reason to be aware of cervical health. We can make light where light is okay, and we bring headlamps...listen for more...

I scream, you scream...
In this short episode I rant, I mean talk about ice cream and getting rid of shame around eating it. The message gets clearer as I go, so grab some ice cream if you want and have a listen. Stay cool, my friends. 🍦

Who is EVR anyway?
It’s just like it sounds. Here I give you a little tidbit of who I am and where I’m coming from, with a hint of a poor British accent thrown in. I describe my background in health as well as random facts about me. I’m as awkward as ever, and I hope that makes me relatable. Solidarity, listener.

“Is this thing on?” Take 2
This is my very first podcast, where I have no idea what I’m doing but I talk to ya anyways. In this episode I talk about why this is take 2 (technology, ugh), what I’m trying to do here (tackle health topics in an accessible and hopefully entertaining way), who I am (27 going on 87), and how I got sugar high on vegan chocolate cake (I blame the ice cream topping). Anywho, listen if you want. And I hope you do. Tip: listen on the “faster option” cuz let’s just say it’s a slow start. ;) Cool as a cucumber over here.
