Informative and high quality podcast

Dr Shanon explains in depth how and why some of the “safe & effective” exercises we fitness enthusiasts have been practising to get fit may actually be causing us harm. She evaluates movement/exercise from a combination of aspects covering neural, muscular, physics, and biomechanics! Impressive. I find this information super important as I want to maintain a fit and healthy body long term (who doesn’t lol). So much to learn. Well done, Dr Shannon!
