     I compared my all situations to my that particular negative situation which I don't like how should I stop it??





    My answer : There is always a judgment in our brain about external things, we see everything from our perspective rather than looking at reality.



    Our view is clear, but the perspective is a bit wrong. 



    All those people who are troubled by mental problem, this is the reason with everyone, their perspective is slightly different from normal people.



    If I talk about myself, when I was in depression in 2016, then I had a different perspective.



    I used to see evil in everything, because my perspective was wrong, so do you want to know what is perspective ?



    This perspective is your Belive, everything you have seen, heard and understood from your birth till date, everything has been given an identity on that basis, like It is good, it is bad or it is right, it is wrong.



    But if we talk about you, why is this happening with you, then my direct answer is that you have inadvertently made your perspective wrong.



    How can you change your perspective?



    Yes, of course you can change your perspective, for this you will have to give up your past.



    Everything has to be seen from the point of view of a child, everything has to be seen whether it is really a truth or just my opinion.



    Everything lying in your mind has to be questioned, the truth is the same, which is the same for everyone.



    If i asked you Why are you so upset, then you will probably have a long list of problems.



    But you can divide all those troubles into two parts.



    1. Virtual disease



    If your problem is virtual trouble, then you have to change your thinking (you can read this book to change your thinking and understanding).



    2. Actual disease



    If your problem is real, then you have to understand the root cause and then execute it.



    If you have any real disease that you are very disturbed, then you should contact professional people for that.



    After all i will just say that 



    Change your lifestyle to change your life.
