These podcasts are great !

I decided to run for my first marathon in 2012 and was looking for marathon resources and podcasts. This was the first I have discovered. Listen to a few episodes and after that have downloaded all available episodes and have been listening to all future episodes. The podcasts are entertaining and informative at the same time. Especially targeted to newbie of marathons. I ran my first marathon mostly based on information from this podcast and also their training program from their website. I was listening to the podcasts on the first 12km of my marathon trying to get the first marathon jitters off my system. Have already registered for my second marathon which I will be running 6 months after my first. Still listening to them especially when I commute to work in the morning since they are motivating, fun and informative.
