Sometimes what you need more than anything is just some peace and quiet. This one is powerfully quiet. Still a flow, still physical, but a lot of hip openers and calm surrender in general.

This is one from before covid. It was really heartwarming for me to play this back and hear the fullness of the room, been missing teaching in person a lot lately. Otherwise nothing fancy about this one, just a smooth flow with a great rhythm to it.
