This week, Pastor Joy discusses some of the reasons why people walk away from the Lord as the series continued with another question that Jesus asked: "Are you also going away? Jesus asked this question to his twelve disciples after many others turned their backs on Him. Jesus's teachings and words can be hard to agree to take for some, but Scripture hurts us in order to heal us. When the path to follow Jesus becomes too narrow, too hard to follow, and hard to accept, it is easier to turn and leave to avoid the difficult call. But we, as believers in Christ, need to remember that Jesus is not just a prophet; he is not just a rabbi; he is a king. Only he has the words of life.
So will we turn away? Will we leave?

This week, Pastor Joy continues the series with another question Jesus asked: "Do you understand what I have done for you? The question was addressed to His disciples when Jesus performed the very act of humility, the washing of His disciples's feet. Jesus shows us to serve one another with a humble heart and with love. He is our example, and as His followers, we are to emulate Him. The path to Christ-likeness comes from serving others. We, too, should look for ways to serve those around us with compassion, humility and love.

Discipleship in Christianity is the journey of learning to love and follow Jesus, striving to become more like Him in our thoughts and actions.

"Do you want to be healed?" This week's series continues with a story of Jesus healing the paralyzed man and asking him if he wants to be made well.
We found that the answer to this question is not as simple as saying, "Yes, I want to be healed." Jesus wants us to take action and to have faith. The action to move away from sin and to choose Him every single time.

When it comes to receiving healing in your life, it's important to remember that Jesus is there to help you. All you have to do is allow Him to do His part as the Lord, and then you can do your part. So, why not take a step back, let go of your pain, and let Jesus take care of the rest? You'll be amazed at how things can change when you allow Him to work in your life. He is more than able.

This week, the series continues with the third question Jesus asked, "Who do you say I am?" A question that still resonates with Christians around the world today, in which some still fail to recognize who Jesus really is. The preaching helps us to have a clear understanding of who Jesus is. He’s not just a good teacher. He’s not just a miracle worker. Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.

"Why did you doubt?" In this second week of the Questions Jesus Asked series, Pastor Joy reminds us that when we are worried and afraid, we should seek God more and trust Him. We are encouraged to have faith in Christ and trust in His guidance, even in the face of difficulties. It will not be easy, but trusting Him can provide strength, comfort, and hope to endure and navigate through them
