Mike Grant--Author, Social Worker & Alcohol/Drug Counselor Get After It PDX

Hear new author, social worker, and Alcohol/Drug Counselor Mike Grant tell the story of how he came to be in Portland today and his journey of taking control of his addiction to drugs and alcohol along the way.  

Mike currently works for Kaiser Permanente and as an adjunct professor in the Alcohol and Drug Counseling Program at Portland Community College. Mike is also a founding member of the RUN TRG group for runners who identify in recovery. Mike enjoys training for ultra-marathons in his spare time and lives with his son in Portland, Oregon.

His recently published book: "(Re)Making a Sandwich: An Addiction Case Study" is a non-fiction memoir and available for purchase.
