The mind is an interesting thing
Part of being healthy and starting on a fitness journey is the mental aspect of cravings and wanting what you want knowing it isn't the best choice.

Week 2- trying something new
This week I am going to try Orange Theory Fitness so I talk about some of my anxiety about that and other things I have tried. Finding what motivates you to workout is personal and unique for everyone. I have done it all, gyms, Crossfit, Karate, Track & Field. I am a pro at signing a membership and not having an idea of what to do after that.
