Psalm 51 - Why Is It Relevant Today?
Today we look at Psalm 51 (v1-17). Who wrote it and why is it relevant to today? We see that David was the author, he prophesied Christ's death in Psalm 22. David was the author of many Psalms and he was a king who was an adulterer and a murderer. He wrote this psalm as a result of his actions, he was unable to move on until he turned to God.
Do you have anything in your life stopping you moving on? You need to give those things to God and repent.

What Really Happens When We Die? Matthew 13 v 1-11
Today we look at Matthew 13 to examine what happens when we die. We see that Revelation discusses a new heaven and a new earth and if we study Jesus and his preaching we see that his main theme was the restoration of the kingdom of heaven as discussed on Matthew 13. There are those who live for their happiness, those who live for money. We should be the believer who heard the word, understand and bears fruit.

Romans 12: Pride
Today we look at Romans 12.
Pride is indifference to others, scepticism, lack of forgiveness, resistance to change erc. These are learned behaviours - learned from the secular world as we each believe ourselves to be the centre of the universe.
Pride is the root of most other sin. We should ask for the Holy Spirit's help to transform our minds (v2).
We also need to exercise humilty to overcome our natural inclination pride. We need to live like Christ.

Trusting Sovereign Jesus (John 21: 18-25)
We finish our study of the Gospel of John. We see that there is a purpose to everything in scripture as we reflect on this closing passage.
We see that we should trust and follow Jesus even if we don't know why. We should do this regardless of others circumstances and we should rely on his word.
