We all have emotions and what's your feeling maybe valid whether it's being sad, disappointed, angry, fearful and the list goes on. Letting your emotions control your actions it's where the problem comes in. This can definitely to regret. When you operate from a motion it could cause you to lose friends, money, your life, self respect and other things that you value.

On this episode we give you some steps to manage your emotions so you can make decisions based off of logic. This will guide you to be able to communicate your emotion and come up with the resolution.

1. Push the pause button and take a breath.

2.Identify the emotion

3 what in this situation is triggering that emotion

If you are the person causing this emotion for example self-doubt or fear that you can accomplish what it is that you are Desiring.

•Pray
•Speak Life into yourself (affirmations)
•Surround yourself with people that believe in you
•write down the fear then burn it
• listen to motivational content
•seek a mentor
