It is time to speak up.. (Part 1)
In today's episode, we are going to talk about a topic that is still considered to be taboo. People experiencing it are hesitant to open up with the fear of being judged, Many lack awareness and have a lot of misconceptions. It is high time we start learning so that we are equipped to support when someone needs help or know how to seek support when we need it.
So today we have with us Nitu Tiwary to answer some basic questions on mental health. Nitu is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist by profession and human by passion. She has done her postmasters in clinical psychology from the University of Calcutta and was trained in Indian psychoanalytic society as a student. She was awarded a gold medal for her academic performance during her master's in clinical psychology. Her mantra is that 'Life is a gift and living is a purpose itself.'Healing,to her, is a holistic process where all of us have unique ways towards a happier healthier self.

It is time to Gig it up!
A lot of us think of pursuing a hobby but do not with an excuse of no time at hand. The recent events of businesses closing and many losing their job is certainly a wake-up call, at least to me. It is high time, we at least start identifying and exploring something that we love and are good at so that in near future it might become an additional source of income or your full-time work. Doing this is certainly will not hurt, and it is time you start believing in yourself and take a leap of faith
