Though you may be treading in muddy waters, trust in the light, grow through the dark, & believe in the unseen. Darkness has no power for those who walk in the light of Christ. No matter how many times life gets you down, no matter how many times things don't turn out as you've hoped God is saying "Rise, and do not be afraid."
