I had A LOT of fun during this episode. Not only did I get to reconnect with an amazing person and great friend, but I also got to talk about a subject I definitely need to learn more about, inclusivity. I had the pleasure of having Nicole on the show and she shared her journey from the islands to The Netherlands, her personal struggle with her studies and career, the huge life shift she made and now her adventure as a self employed person. She now works as a writer and public speaker while focusing on her passion for equality and inclusivity. Two things that I think the communicaties on the islands can still learn a lot about. I really appreciate her insight and the efforts she is making for not only herself but for what will eventually be he end-user.
