Content is very good. Very clearly described and examples for easy understanding. I’m not a person that reads a lot but I think this is a good info for me. Unbiased opinions and let’s you feel free think about.

Good, clear content in a world of confusion

Content is great. Love how he takes the two opposite views and ties it together in an unbiased way.

The background sound is super calming also.

Dr JB always comes with a gem with his new projects, If you are into nutrition and or just want to be healthy and concerned about “Deep Health” do give this podcast a listen.
