Dr. Brent and the Eradication of Mental Health Stigmas

Dr. Brent and the Eradication of Mental Health Stigmas

Its #Time2Talk with Dr. Brent about the eradication of mental health stigmas.

Her passion is to educate adults about mental health, so that they can teach their children, led Dr. Brent to be the provider for the POWER Program. She believes that historical social norms not to seek help, and the lack of access to extensive mental health treatment have created limiting beliefs about therapeutic opportunities.

The POWER Program serves young adults and their loved ones as they face changes in the way they think, act, or relate to others. Our team of caring open-minded professionals provides support to help people reach their goals in school, work, and relationships. The POWER Program serves residents within Bexar County regardless of income or healthcare coverage.
