The Four Pillars
This guided meditation is to help us balance the four pillars of wellbeing identified by Prof Richard Davidson – Outlook, Attention, Resilience and Generosity. As it touches on the four different kinds of meditation – metta, shamatha, vipassana and tonglen, it’s the mindfulness equivalent of circuit training!
